  • U14 Coach

Coach Taegan has been involved in basketball for over six years, with experience as a player, referee, and coach. His passion for the game runs deep, and he’s excited to help athletes grow both on and off the court. Taegan’s coaching philosophy is rooted in being a positive example — staying calm when teaching but also setting the tone when focus is needed. He enjoys sharing the techniques and lessons he’s learned from his own coaches, with the goal of helping players develop skills and a lifelong love for the sport. Growing up in a basketball family with four sisters, he brings plenty of experience, perspective, and enthusiasm to the gym.

  • Grassroots Academy Coach

Dan has been playing basketball since grade 4 and competed on club teams from grade 5 through high school, finishing his playing career with Northside. Now, he brings that lifelong passion for the game into his coaching. His philosophy is to teach players how to play basketball the right way, with a focus on simulating game-like situations and learning through live defense. For Dan, one of the most rewarding parts of coaching is the strong relationships he builds with both players and families, as well as staying connected to the basketball community he loves. Off the court, you’ll often find him watching football — his favorite sport to watch.

  • U13 Coach

Coach Brodie has been playing basketball since the age of five and continues to bring his love for the game into his coaching. Brodie has developed a strong passion for teaching the fundamentals to younger athletes. His coaching style focuses on helping kids learn the game the right way for their age, while building confidence and skills that will grow with them. Brodie especially enjoys seeing players improve through new drills and techniques. Off the court, he’s an avid NBA fan who never misses a chance to watch a game.
