CLUB TEAM Program Registration

Use one of the following options to register for the Program that you qualify for:

*Please note that if you are on both the Elite and Development Team, you only need to pay the Elite Team fee*

**We allow payment plans if families want to take advantage of paying the club program fee in biweekly chunks, instead of all at once. Please inquire if interested in pursuing this option**
